The MO-602 LOI opens for organizations interested in renewal, bonus, DV, YHDP, HMIS, planning, SSO, TH, PSH, RRH, or coordinated entry projects.

Applicant training and questions will be handled by the Collaborative Applicant for MO-602.

Letters of Intent are due through the local MO-602 process. The LOI helps the CoC identify project interest before Rank and Review and e-snaps work.

Applicants should prepare local Rank and Review forms, supporting documentation, match/leverage information, and project performance evidence.

The Rank and Review Committee reviews applications using the local process and documentation requirements.

Written appeals are submitted according to the MO-602 appeals process after ranking notices are issued.

MO-602 posts the CoC Consolidated Application and priority materials before HUD submission.

The Collaborative Applicant submits the MO-602 consolidated application and priority listing to HUD through e-snaps.
