Final Priority List distributed/posted; written notice sent to all applicants identifying accepted and ranked, rejected, or reduced applications and, if applicable, reasons.
Website and email to all applicants. This preserves the HUD 7-day notice requirement.

Applicants revise e-snaps project applications as directed due to recommended funding reductions, technical review clarification, appeal outcomes, or rank/review conditions.

Final applicant deadline to complete project applications in e-snaps for Collaborative Applicant review.
