- Fostering Hope supports the local foster care community by serving children in care, foster families, relative and kinship homes, and agency workers. Programs include Caring Closet locations with clothing, shoes, toiletries, toys, and bedding; freezer meals for new placements; birthday cards and books; foster parent encouragement; Christmas of Hope gifts; and support for agency workers.
