ESC can help with a housing assessment and provide resources and/or financial assistance for families experiencing homelessness in our service area.  ESC acts, as the lead agency for Jasper and Newton Counties, for services in this area.  We are the lead agency for the Coordinated Entry system (Housing Connect), which is the standardized one-stop access.  This includes an assessment, referral and housing placement for individuals and families who are homeless or who are at risk of homelessness.  This provides a comprehensive community-wide service and housing delivery systems.

ESC does cover the Missouri Balance of State Continuum of Care in Barton and McDonald Counties.
