What we do
How the Joplin Homeless Coalition Works
The Coalition is not a single shelter or program. We are a collaborative network of organizations working together to address homelessness more effectively.
Our work includes:
- Coordinating housing access through the Continuum of Care
- Supporting street outreach and engagement efforts
- Maintaining a shared Community Resource Guide
- Convening agencies, advocates, and stakeholders
- Promoting data-driven and humane responses to homelessness
By working together, we reduce duplication, close gaps in services, and help people move toward stable housing.
