Check UEI and SAM.gov status

Make sure your SAM.gov registration is active and that your organization has a valid UEI.

Confirm e-snaps access

HUD applications are submitted through e-snaps. Make sure the right staff have active access.

Select the right project type

Review PSH, RRH, TH, SSO, SSO-CE, HMIS, DV, YHDP, renewal, expansion, consolidation, and transition guidance before choosing.

Attend required trainings

Use the Trainings page to register for applicant trainings and office hours.

Submit the local LOI

The local LOI deadline is Jul 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM local time.
