Request account deletion

You can ask for a review even if you no longer have the app installed. A request does not automatically delete records.

Send a privacy request

Use a contact email you can access. Do not include passwords, identity documents, or detailed health information. Read the approved app privacy notice first.

How to make a request

Use the online request form above when available. If no request form or email contact is available, contact the coalition for assistance. Do not send passwords or identity documents in an initial message.

Data on your device

Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove information stored only on that device, but it does not submit an account-deletion request or remove records already shared with an organization. Save any documents you need before clearing app storage.
